We'd seen first-hand how traditional estate agents approached their clients - and we felt the fees being charged simply didn't reflect the work actually involved. So we decided to do something about it.

That's why we charge a fixed fee of £750 to sell your property, and just £50 per month to manage your rental - no percentages, no surprises.
