Maureen is the driving force behind Lyle Thompson Properties. As Director, she oversees both our sales and lettings operations day-to-day, and is personally involved in every instruction we take on. With decades of experience in business and customer service, Maureen knows that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions in a person's life - and she treats it that way. You'll always get an honest, straight-talking approach from her, with no flannel and no hidden costs.

Alan is our go-to when a property needs attention. As Maintenance Coordinator, he draws on a trusted network of local tradespeople to get competitive quotes for any repair or improvement work. Alan assesses what's needed, sources the right people for the job, and keeps both landlords and tenants fully informed throughout. Importantly, all costs are agreed with the landlord before any work is approved - there are no surprises.

Liz is the heartbeat of the office. As Office Manager, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes and is often the first friendly voice you'll hear when you call us. Whether it's booking viewings, chasing solicitors, or simply answering your questions, Liz handles it all with warmth and efficiency. Her attention to detail means nothing slips through the net - from the first enquiry right through to the day you get your keys.

Jack looks after our landlord clients and their properties from start to finish. As Property Manager, he handles everything from finding and vetting new tenants to carrying out the twice-yearly property inspections that keep landlords informed and compliant.
